The Importance of Power Washing

Pressure washing your home is just like any other routine maintenance and should be done on a regular schedule. It is recommended to pressure wash your home once a year although certain factors may require power washing more frequently.

Here are a couple factors to consider helping determine how often your home should be power washed:

Climate and Environment: If you live in a humid or wet environment mold and mildew are more likely to develop. Or, if your home is surrounded by trees your roof and gutters may require more frequent cleaning.

Personal preference: If your homes appearance looks dirty or the colors appear to be less vibrant power washing could lend itself to improving your homes curb appeal.

Power washing your home as routine maintenance will help to keep your home looking great, improve curb appeal, and will aid to keep your paint looking more vibrant and will also help your paint last longer. Hiring Brooks Painting was an easy and professional process the whole way through, from the estimate to the completion of having my very high walls edged, where I was unable to reach them. Crew Leader Eric was prompt and super capable, which was a relief since he had to maneuver and climb a very tall ladder.
