• They have a contractor’s license (you can verify its validity at http://www.cslb.ca.gov/), insurance, and a warranty.
• Lastly, common sense. If this person has no signage on their vehicle, no business card, their price is miles below everyone, or they are able to do the work much sooner than any other company - it’s time to ask yourself, “Why?”
