There are lots of unfilled job openings in the trades right now, so finding a job is not terribly tough. We are hiring for experienced painters and entry level jobs. We are looking for people who want to be part of a team, people who have a great attitude and want to learn. What Makes Brooks Different than most companies?

Our goal is to have employees who want to come to work and are happy to call Brooks Painting home. We do employee recognitions at our monthly meetings, plus celebrate birthdays and work anniversaries. We Provide Training:

We provide training on ladders, sprayers, boom lifts, and more. We do safety huddles on the jobs, and once a month meet for a group training/safety topic. We train how to use spray equipment properly and safely. We train how to do cabinets, garage floors, and more. We are always trying to train up and from within, to have an attitude of learning. This is something that will be a major focus of our in the years to come, as we know we must have procedures in place to teach those who are new to our trade. We also train in how to deal with customers, fellow employees, communication, and run jobs.

Brooks did a fantastic job on our exterior and interior paint jobs. Quality was high, price was reasonable, and the team was extremely professional and detail-oriented. Mark was our crew lead and the team performed a number of exterior wood repairs, a door re-stain, interior and exterior painting. Mark clearly takes a lot of pride in his work and went above and beyond to ensure the work was high-quality, including finding exact matching siding to fix dry rot, and performing minor repairs that weren't even included in the quote.
