Are you in the property management business? Brooks Painting offers a fabulous Brunch and Learn program to help train your new and even seasoned commercial property managers on the best practices for obtaining painting estimates. Kevin Cornell, our commercial sales representative, will bring some morning snacks, coffee and juice to feed that morning hunger as well as provide helpful information.

Brooks Painting will also partner with one of our coating representatives to help provide further information on paint coatings, benefits of having specifications written and the importance of a group job walk.

PPG Coatings, Sherwin-Williams and Kelly-Moore have been our partners in performing these Brunch and Learn programs. We can demonstrate color preview samples you can provide to customers who are curious to see what their building can look like with a new and more up to date color scheme. We will also provide free colors charts, one architectural color box (a $200.00 value) and a raffle gift card for participating.

Kevin Cornell has been in the coating business for over 25 years. He has sold paint, applied paint and estimated anything form a residential home to a 25 story high-rise. Brooks Panting Inc. just finished painting the exterior of our house. The crew did a terrific job. The house is a mid century modern with redwood paneling and an unusual amount of trim work. The Brooks crew was efficient, the quality of the painting was exceptional and the work was completed on time! Because of the age of the house several panels needed to be replaced.
