Project Spotlight: Commercial Building in Downtown Davis

We just recently completed the exterior painting of a mixed use commercial building in Downtown Davis. This was our second time painting this building, a common theme in our 26th year of business. It is amazing to see how many homes we are doing again at this point in our business. This building required the use of two different lifts, a city permit, closing of sidewalks, storm drain containments, and more.

While there were many challenges presented with a project like this, our team was able to handle them all. We were able to complete this project with minimal disruption to the business, Crepeville, that needed to stay open during our work, and to the tenants who live upstairs. Brooks did a fantastic job on our exterior and interior paint jobs. Quality was high, price was reasonable, and the team was extremely professional and detail-oriented. Mark was our crew lead and the team performed a number of exterior wood repairs, a door re-stain, interior and exterior painting. Mark clearly takes a lot of pride in his work and went above and beyond to ensure the work was high-quality, including finding exact matching siding to fix dry rot, and performing minor repairs that weren't even included in the quote.
