Silo Painting in Dixon CA Area

Brooks Painting finished the industrial painting of a diesel fuel silo and small water tank for Valley Farm Transport - Dixon, CA location. The tall diesel fuel silo was peeling badly from its factory applied finish. Our crew removed rust scale, old decals and applied a coat of Amerlock 2 epoxy primer.

After 24 hours we applied PPG PSX gloss white enamel finish for that car finish shine. We painted the fuel line in PPG PSX high gloss red.

PPG PSX was a great product to work with and performed very well during application. The end result and shiny finish looks amazing.

Action Signs in Davis, Ca. made new vinyl graphics for us to re-label the silo. This just added a finishing stamp of approval from owner David Nickum at Valley Farm Trucking.

Brooks Painting also refurbished an aging water tank by painting it using the PPG PSX high gloss white finish. Many clients do not realize we do light industrial painting work, but we do and love to take on the challenge.

We chose Brooks Painting based on their excellent reputation. It was an excellent choice! We had them do a complete exterior and almost complete interior painting of our two story house. They were done separately, while we were out of town. We are very pleased with the quality of the work. They even fixed up a few mistakes made by a crew that painted a portion of our interior ceilings a month prior (removal of asbestos popcorn ceiling), at no extra charge. Cleanup was great, also. They repaired some dry rot that was uncovered (extra charge, but worth it), and they even moved furniture back into place as well as put back the curtain rods that I had taken down, which wasn't expected. I highly recommend them, and will use them again for any future paint jobs.
